How many times can I use the welcome10 discount?
You can only use the welcome10 discount once. The discount does not work on SALE items.
When am I going to receive my item?
You will receive tracking details for you order within 7 working days, unless an embroidered or PRE-ORDER product, and then delivery time will depend on the receiver’s address.
If you are ever worried about the whereabouts of your order, please track your parcel with the details we provided or for anything else, email email@example.com.
Why does it take 7 days to receive tracking?
This is because we hand make-to-order each garment in our Atelier. This is to ensure we do not hold any surplus garments in our attempt to be as sustainable as possible.
How long will it take to receive my PRE-ORDER?
The estimated delivery window for pre-order pieces is located on the product page and in your order confirmation email. This delivery window is provided directly by our Studio based on when they expect to be able to fulfil your order.

How do I take care of my item?
To best preserve your product, please prevent any contact with oil or alcohol-based substances such as cosmetics, perfumes, hand sanitisers, or disinfectants.

How can I repair my item?
HUISHAN ZHANG products are made to the highest quality standards. By following our Product Care instructions, it should avoid any damage through wear and cleaning. Our team will be able to give you the best advice should any issues arise.

Can I cancel my order?
This will depend on the status of your order.
If it is within 12 hours of your order, you may be able to cancel. This includes updating an address, changing the size of an item and/or combining any shipments. However, once the order has been shipped, you will only be able to exchange or return once your order has been received.

Can I exchange my size?
Yes, however, this will take over 14 working days to receive a new tracking, as we need to receive the item back, check the quality and then hand make the new requested size. Please check our individual product size charts for thorough product measurements.

What if my item is faulty?
As per our returns policy, you should notify us of any fault within 14 days. If the items have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or by yourself, it will not be refundable.
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number and photographs of your item.
How long do I have to return?
Items purchased in-store are not returnable or refundable.
Online purchases have a 14-day return policy. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, back to the original method of payment. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn and returned in original shipping packaging and original branded box, with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes.
Please note that if a return label is issued within the 14 days after receival of the purchase, the return must be sent within 7 days from return label creation.
For sale items and purchases, you have 7 days from the receival of your order to arrange a return with our team.
Exceptions: No exchanges and returns for custom orders.
