Refund policy

We hope that you love your purchase, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your order here is our returns policy:

Returning an Item 

Items purchased in-store are not returnable or refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mountstreet@huishanzhang.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is authorised, you will have 3 days to send the item back using our provided returns label. Returns outside this window require prior approval and may not be accepted.

All items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all Huishan Zhang tags attached, in their original packaging and branded box. We reserve the right to refuse items that are damaged, worn, altered, or otherwise not in perfect condition, these may be returned to the sender. Unidentified returns may also be rejected.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method, excluding any shipping costs, international taxes, or import duties. Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the returned goods for your refund to be processed.

US Customers

Due to increased shipping and duty costs, a $35 returns fee will be deducted from all refunds on orders placed from the United States.

Items on Sale

Given the limited nature of these pieces, all Sale purchases are considered final sale, wherever permitted by law.

Pre-Orders

As pre-order pieces are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds. If you are unhappy with the fit or size, we are pleased to offer store credit upon return of the item. Standard return conditions apply.

Custom-Made and Made-To-Order

As each custom-made and made-to-order item is created especially for you, these items are not eligible for refunds.
